The currently accepted deposit methods at vc999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vc999 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. The same payment method used for deposits must be used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• Bonus funds must meet the required wagering conditions before withdrawal (see Section 4 for details).
• If a deposit was made via a particular method, the same method may apply for withdrawals.

vc999 offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

4.1 Bonus Examples

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled once the period has passed.
• If bonuses are abused through multiple accounts or multiple bonus claims, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• vc999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

vc999's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, which is a benefit separate from bonuses:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on regular and active participation. Contact our support team to learn more about the terms applicable to cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vc999, and if detected, the account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration.
• Deliberately placing bets for the purpose of claiming bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of any of the above violations.
